My Story

Dr. Peter Shipley is a veteran educator and leader in police training. He serves as a senior leader at the Ontario Provincial Police Academy and president of the Canadian Association of Police Educators. After earning his Ed.D. in Leadership from ACE in 2018, he led major initiatives in curriculum development, transparency and equity-focused training. For his commitment to advancing public service through education, he was recognized with ACE’s 2022 Alumni Achievement Award.
