GreenLight Locker is a digital “locker” where you can securely store and easily share your digital credentials, transcripts, badges and more with employers or other institutions within the GreenLight network. It also gives you access to a job board that populates with opportunities based on your credentials and interests.

Why should I use GreenLight Locker?

You can use GreenLight Locker to request and send official electronic transcripts* or print unofficial copies of your transcript for your own records.

Please note that ACE students and alumni are still able to request official and unofficial electronic transcripts through Parchment.

NOTE: GreenLight does not provide official, printed transcripts. If you need a printed copy of your official transcript, please request one through Parchment.

If you are able to log in, open a trouble ticket from within the GreenLightLocker.com application by clicking on the Help link.
If you are having problems with registration or activation, open a ticket using the “Contact us” button on the GreenLightLocker.com website.
You can also call the helpdesk at 972-348-1234 and select option 5 for Greenlight Locker. If you use this option, please leave a detailed message with your full name, the name of the institution, your Student ID, your phone number and email address, and a detailed description of the issue.

*Sending transcripts through GreenLight may not replace all institutional requirements for official digital or print transcripts. Consult your receiving institution’s policies on transcript requirements for more information. For an official electronic or official paper copy of your ACE transcript, please visit Parchment Exchange.
