The mission of American College of Education is to deliver high-quality, affordable and accessible online programs grounded in evidence-based content and relevant application, preparing graduates to serve, lead, and achieve personal and professional goals in diverse, evolving communities.

Since being founded in 2005, we have seen tremendous growth and continue to expand our program offerings to help you achieve your career goals. The more we grow, the more we give back to students, their communities and the world.

The ACE story begins: We are officially accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) to issue degrees to students.

The first ACE graduates celebrate their accomplishments.

ACE receives approval to offer all programs online, officially becoming a fully online institution.

2013-2018
We expand to offer full programs, certificates and micro-credentials in education, healthcare, nursing and business.
2014 – 2015
HLC reaffirms our institutional accreditation.

ACE becomes a Certified B Corporation, publicly committing to use profits as a force for good.
2017
ACE receives approval to offer bachelor’s completion degrees.

We are re-certified as a B Corporation, demonstrating our continued commitment to social responsibility.

Our RN to BSN, BSN to MSN and RN to MSN programs are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

ACE launches the mission-driven MBA in Social Impact for professionals seeking to make an impact in their communities.
