To assist ACE in creating your schedule for the Certificate in Advanced Graduate Study, select courses via the Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study Course Form.
If you are a conferred graduate who needs verification of completion of a program that leads to a license, endorsement or certification, fill out the Request for Verification form.
If you have submitted an application or are in the process of submitting an application and need to update your personal information, login to your ACE application account.
To change your personal information, fill out the Change of Student Information form.
Once details are announced for ACE’s next commencement ceremony, eligible students will be asked to fill out the Commencement Registration Form.
Please note the Complaint Form is now only accessible via the MyACE Portal. Navigate to the request forms link along the left menu in the portal to submit a complaint.
To add a course to your program, fill out the Course Addition Request form before the term start of the program for which you are adding a course.
To request an expedited conferral including required documentation, fill out the Request for Expedited Conferral form after you have completed your final course.
If you applied within the past year but canceled your enrollment and would like to be reinstated, fill out the Reinstatement of Cancelled Student form by midnight PST on Monday one week before the term start.
To request licensure in a state or country in which you do not currently live, fill out the State-Specific Course Request form before the term start.
To order a transcript, fill out the Transcript Request form using Parchment Exchange.
If you are a Florida educator with a master’s degree who is seeking licensure as a building administrator / principal in Florida through the alternative pathway, fill out the Transcript Review Request: FL Modified EL Program form to request that ACE evaluate your transcripts and provide recommended courses for alignment with Florida standards.
