The college received three Culture Excellence awards
INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 18, 2024 – American College of Education (ACE) announced today that it is a 2024 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence winner, receiving three Culture Excellence awards from Energage.
Based on the college’s annual employee survey administered by Energage – a purpose-driven company that helps organizations turn employee feedback into credible employer recognition – ACE was recognized with Culture Excellence awards in the following areas: Appreciation, Employee Well Being, and Professional Development.
“We are delighted and honored to receive these Culture Excellence awards,” said ACE’s Chief Human Resources Officer KK Byland. “We are passionate about building a workplace that puts employees and their families first. Being recognized in these three categories shows that the culture and mission of ACE are aligned and thriving.”
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Energage CEO Eric Rubino. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
