• Complete the application.
• Submit the nonrefundable application fee. The application and fee are valid for one year from the date of the initial application. The fee is credited for the following groups of applicants:
  • Graduates of ACE degree programs;
  • Completers of ACE certificate programs;
  • U.S. veterans, active military members, members of the National Guard and Reserves and current spouses (as verified through submission of valid military ID or copy of DD214).
• For master’s and doctoral applicants, please provide official transcripts from a regionally accredited institution indicating successful completion of the education level required for program entry, and any credits to be considered for transfer into a program. Coursework completed at American College of Education will also be reviewed from the applicant’s existing file.
• For bachelor’s level and RN to MSN applicants, please provide official transcripts from an institution that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education indicating successful completion of the education level required for program entry, and any credits to be considered for transfer into a program. Coursework completed at American College of Education will also be reviewed from the applicant’s existing file.
• Submit an Enrollment Agreement with applicable transcripts and forms at ACE.edu.

You will be notified of our admission decision through email after we have reviewed all required admission documents. If you meet admission requirements, you will either be fully admitted or provisionally admitted.

To start the transfer-credit review process:

• Bachelor’s completion students (including RN to BSN and RN to MSN): Please submit the General Education Review Request
• Ed.S. or ABD students considering an Ed.D. pathway: Please submit the Ed.D. Pathway Review Form.
• All other students: Please submit the Transfer Credit Application Form after completing the Online Application Form.

If you have already completed ACE programs or courses, you can apply them to other ACE programs, if the following applies:

• The course you have already taken can be applied to your new program.
• Your previous program or course hasn’t expired due to substantial content updates.
• The course is the same or an equivalent number of credits.
