Knoff, Ph.D., Creator and Director of Project ACHIEVE. Through this affiliation, educators can leverage affordable online graduate program options to gain the knowledge and skills required to design and lead positive and well-managed classrooms for positive academic outcomes. Educators can pursue a Concentration with an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction or a Certificate in Effective Classroom Management.
About Howard M. Knoff, Ph.D.
Howard M. Knoff, Ph.D. is the Creator and Director of Project ACHIEVE. He has worked as a practitioner, consultant, licensed private psychologist, and university professor since 1978. Through Project ACHIEVE, Dr. Knoff has trained educators in more than 1,500 schools or school districts over a 15-year period. Dr. Knoff is also the Director of the State Improvement Grant for the Arkansas Department of Education Special Education Unit. Previously, he served as a Professor of School Psychology at the University of South Florida (Tampa, FL) for 18 years and Director of its School Psychology Program for 12 years.
